How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for all orders throughout the UK and within Europe.
For orders to the Rest of the World the cost will be as per Royal Mail postage rates.
How will my Jewellery be sent?
Your order will be sent using an appropriate first class Royal Mail service. Depending on the value of your order it may be sent Recorded or Special Delivey. A signature is required for these orders upon receipt.
When will I receive my order?
We will usually deliver items within 5 - 7 working days as soon as payment has been received. Any items out of stock will normally be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. We will advise by e-mail once your order has been despatched. However, we will not despatch your order until all items are ready for delivery.
